Rich leads Custom Coating with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a focus on building lasting relationships. He values setting his team up for success and believes that people are the key to any great business. Outside of work, he enjoys quality time with his wife and daughters, drawing strength from his faith and family.
Christine Gardenour, General Manager
Christine is our General Manager with extensive experience leading manufacturing operations, improving performance, and building strong teams. She is known for her hands-on leadership style and focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
Marilyn Canterbury, Shipping & Receiving Manager
Marilyn has been with Custom Coating for 26 years, witnessing the facility’s growth and evolution. She enjoys outdoor adventures with her husband, including SxS riding and Jeep excursions.
Mark Ihrie, Plant Superintendent
Mark has been with CCI for 22 years and his no-nonsense approach and communication style has led this company through growth and change. He enjoys bicycling with his son and watching him compete professionally.
Justin Cooper, Production Manager
Justin has grown for 25+ years with custom Coating. With each new chemical line, he has been fundamental in supervising the labor to make it happen and overseeing the emersion baths. When not at work he enjoys fishing, kayaking, snorkeling, and cooking.
Robin Molnar, Office Manager
Robin is the Office Manager at Custom Coating, Inc. and has been with the company for 24 years. She began in an entry-level role and gained extensive knowledge of the company’s operations. Her experience, reliability, and long-standing commitment make her a key part of the management team
