Rich leads Custom Coating with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a focus on building lasting relationships. He values setting his team up for success and believes that people are the key to any great business. Outside of work, he enjoys quality time with his wife and daughters, drawing strength from his faith and family.
Dawn O’Bran, Plant & Quality Manager
With over 20 years of experience in leadership and quality systems management, Dawn is a dedicated professional who thrives on ensuring high standards. Outside of work, she enjoys kayaking, camping, and attending music festivals.
Julie Roop, Vice President
Bringing 25 years of expertise in finance, sales, and leadership, Julie is passionate about driving success and fostering team growth. When she’s not leading at work, she loves spending time with her 13 grandchildren, camping, and enjoying a good book.
Tim Roop, IT Director
A veteran of the USAF with over 30 years of experience in computer networking and software development, Tim brings technical expertise and a spirit of adventure. In his free time, he enjoys drag racing, camping, beach vacations, and exploring new destinations.
Marilyn Canterbury, Shipping & Receiving
Marilyn has been with Custom Coating for 26 years, witnessing the facility’s growth and evolution. She enjoys outdoor adventures with her husband, including SxS riding and Jeep excursions.
Mark Ihrie, Maintenance Supervisor
Mark has been with CCI for 22 years and his no-nonsense approach and communication style has led this company through growth and change. He enjoys bicycling with his son and watching him compete professionally.
Justin Cooper, Production Supervisor
Justin has grown for 25+ years with custom Coating. With each new chemical line, he has been fundamental in supervising the labor to make it happen and overseeing the emersion baths. When not at work he enjoys fishing, kayaking, snorkeling, and cooking.
